Management of project development in France in full autonomy from the identification phase of the opportunity to the commissioning.

Job description

• Identification and prospection of new large scale photovoltaic opportunities following the company's exploration strategy thanks to internal tools (GIS) and to his/her own initiative and force of proposition (networking, business partnerships/providers…).
• Qualification and feasibility studies of the site.
• Contact and meeting with the owners and all stakeholders involved in a photovoltaic project to ensure the land and local acceptability necessary to launch the projects.
• Build relationships and negotiate with landowners and operators for land leases signatures.
• Calls for projects: preparation of bids and negotiations.
• Preparation of internal investment committees (budget preparation, planning, setting objectives, risk analysis).
• In charge of the actions of local consultations and the representation of the company, especially with communities, local population and public actors, political actors and public administrations.
• Manage technical, environmental and economic studies, preparation of offers and negotiations necessary to secure new photovoltaic projects, including the management of external consultants.
• Manage external representation of the company's photovoltaic activity and consultation with local actors (communities, population, political actors and administrations) through public meetings, presentations or offices.
• Manage external consultants for technical, environmental and economic studies, including consultation with providers, supervision of negotiations and monitoring of services in close collaboration with internal support teams.
• Obtaining of all the authorizations to build and finance photovoltaic power plants.
• Manage, submit and monitor all approval processes, including any necessary recourse to the construction and financing of photovoltaic power plants, in close contact with internal support teams.

The Solar PV project Manager may also be required to work on :

• The management of a portfolio of prospects and opportunities, including the management of due diligence during platform/portfolio acquisitions.
• The management of external service providers such as business contributors if necessary.
• Supporting the other project managers for commercial negotiations, local dialogues, and projects defense.
• The management of external service providers such as business providers.
• The management of the development of key accounts with the Solar PV Development Manager including in particular the response to call for tenders public organized by industrials/owners/key accounts.

Requirements

• Native French language
