Your goal
Development of agrivoltaic strategical axis and management of solar projects in France in full autonomy, including agrivoltaic projects, from the qualification phase of the opportunity to the commissioning.
Job description
- Identification and prospecting of new agrivoltaic opportunities following the company's exploration strategy (prioritizing large scale projects), with the management of qualification and feasibility studies, he/she will manage directly
- Complete autonomy in the management of his/her projects (management of technical, environmental, and economic studies, including the management of external consultants, in close contact with internal support teams and including consultation with providers, supervision of negotiations and monitoring of services in close collaboration with internal support teams; management of all the authorizations submissions, instruction and obtentions needed to build and finance solar projects, including agrivoltaic projects.
- Build relationships and negotiate with landowners and operators for land leases signatures and all agrivoltaic land acts, and preparation of offers and negotiations, including bids for calls for projects for his/her own project and as support for the business PV team if needed
- Contact and meeting with all stakeholders involved in agrivoltaic projects to ensure the land and local acceptability necessary to launch the projects and management of external representation of the company's photovoltaic activity and consultation with local actors (communities, population, political actors and administrations) through public meetings, presentations or offices, for his/her own project and as support for the business PV team
- Establishment of solid network with elected officials, State services and agricultural institutions, and key players in the agricultural sector (Chamber of Agriculture, technical institute, research institute,...)with prior identification of the agricultural and political issues of photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects
- Development and updates of development tools and strategy in close collaboration with the solar PV development manager and the land prospecting manager, facilitating the appropriation of agrivoltaism by the business PV team
- Deployment of agrivoltaic solutions by offering quality expertise (response to calls for projects, technical exchange with farmers or agricultural institutions)
- Active watch of regulatory changes in collaboration with the Public, Energy and Environmental Regulatory departement
- Support for the good advancement, review finalization of all the studies necessary for the framing of agrivoltaic projects (including EPA)
- In a possible mid-term perspective, establishment, piloting and animation of a team of agricultural referents and territorial relations officers
- Internal reporting including preparation of internal investment committees (budget preparation, planning, setting objectives, risk analysis)
In general:
- Support and accompaniment of the other project managers for commercial negotiation, local dialogues, and projects defense, especially for agrivoltaic projects.

Profil
Skills
- + 5 years of experience in agrivoltaic development projects or
- Project management
- Ability to manage the cost and planning of projects
- Understand and be proactive on all the aspects of projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills, reactivity, initiative taking
- Good abilities for reporting
Requirements
- Native French language
- Hold a valid driver’s license
Business trips frequency:2-3 travels a month in several French regions
